The blue tubes are 'smurf' tubes which contain electrical wires from the individual circuits (lights, outlets, stove, etc.). They go through slots in the base of the wall into the mechanical room to the main electrical panel. Once all the electrical and water lines are in place we will pour the floating concrete floor 4-5" thick, covering all utilities and closing off the holes in the wall.
