Berm is native soil that will be removed and placed around the house as fill. I expect to use over 300 yards of soil to cover the house and back walls.
Easy 9 iron to the green!

Mike, it's looking great. Keep the pictures coming.
I would not be adverse to posting the cost per sq ft but I do not think it would be very helpful at this point. We have not yet poured the floors so if you are thinking about the cost of the shell only I think you would want it with the floors poured. Besides, it will take me a while to figure it out since I need to post some of my costs to the spreadsheet.
Yes, Ralph Smoot is the shell contractor, and is doing quite a bit of work besides the shell.
The shell cost is about $26.10 per foot. This includes all concrete, forms, pumper truck and contractor fees for the shell alone. It does not include any foundation, footings, retaining walls or floors. It also does not factor the square footage of the 4' and 8' overhangs, which would increase the square footage. If they are included it reduces the cost to about $21.25/ft.

Would you be averse to posting the actual cost per sqft to this point in construction? Also, what contractor did you use? Was it Smoot?
